MM3 Hirelings add a 7th and 8th member to your party and there are 10 hirelings to find during your adventure. Check the Inn for available hirelings and keep on the lookout for hirelings that may need a rescue.

Once in your party, hirelings gain XP and raise level as your main characters do but hireling training cost is free. Hirelings are found at various levels of advancement and some come with secondary skills, spells, gear, and even keys to some dungeons. Check the Party page here to build your party.
The daily cost of a hireling increases as their level increases and payments are made when you Rest. Hirelings that you have found, will hang out in one of the 5 town inns waiting for the call.
