MM6 Boosts List

MM6 Boosts provide a method to elevate your Statistics well beyond the starting point. Elevated statistics afford your characters higher Bonuses for various in-game actions. Refer back to Party Planning for more details on Statistics and which ones are optimal for various Classes.

Fill Up Boosts

These fountain boosts can restore Hit Points or Spell Points up to 30 times daily. You’ll first encounter this helpful feature in New Sorpigal. Take advantage of these fountains to recover your health late at night when Temples are closed and other options are unavailable.

Temporary Boosts

Temporary boosts will expire whenever you Rest, Travel, or Train. However, if you opt to “wait until dawn,” the boosts will last slightly longer. Even with this extension, their effects are only temporary. Once you obtain Lloyd’s Beacon, it becomes incredibly helpful to maintain an active beacon near a few of these locations for optimal efficiency.

Capped Permanent Boosts

These +2 boost locations have 8 uses and only work for characters with a statistic value < 15.

Key strategies
Key Strategy I: Begin by assigning each character a base statistic value of 12. Then, visit the appropriate stat-boosting locations as soon as possible, even before interacting with barrels. For example, if all your characters start with a Luck (LCK) stat of 12, you can use the well in New Sorpigal to boost each character's LCK by +4. Within the first 30 seconds of the game, everyone will have a Luck stat of 16, giving you an immediate advantage.

Some boosts are easy to access, while others require a bit more effort. However, all of them can be obtained early in the game if you're willing to invest the travel cost and time. To speed up the process in terms of in-game time, consider hiring a Gate Master Hireling to help you navigate more efficiently.

Key Strategy II: Use a Black Statistic Potion to increase one stat while lowering another below 15. This strategy works best when you time it carefully to coincide with access to the corresponding stat-boosting location.

Pilgrimage for Statistics

Visit the Seer northwest of Castle Ironfist and inquire about pilgrimages to learn about Shrines. Each month has its own dedicated Shrine, and you must speak with the Seer during that specific month to receive the pilgrimage instructions. Visiting the correct Shrine grants a bonus to all characters. The first visit to each Shrine provides a +10 bonus, while subsequent visits, one year later, grant a +3 bonus. After your initial visit, you don’t need to speak with the Seer again for future pilgrimages.

Alchemy for Statistics

There are three types of herbs you can gather: Widoweeps (red berries), Poppysnaps (yellow flowers), and Phirna (blue roots). These herbs can be collected from the ground, found in containers, or purchased in shops. In the early game, it’s a good idea to collect all the empty potion bottles you come across to make the most of these resources.

All potions are consumed after a single use. Simple potions can be used on their own or combined to create more advanced potions. Combining two potions results in one new potion and one empty bottle. The most complex potions provide permanent statistic boosts. However, each permanent stat-boosting potion can only be used once per character, so it’s a good idea to keep track of their usage.
