Regardless of your class and initial statistic choices you will spend most of your time exploring Enroth and finding ways to grow your strength. You will learn Skills and allocate skill points to make them stronger. Magic Skills will allow you to learn spells once you find or buy the appropriate spellbook. Many forms of Gear can be found, purchased, and enchanted. You will find various ways to Boost your statistics. All these mechanisms will make you stronger.

Skills

Skills that you can learn fall into 1 of 4 categories: Weapon, Armor, Magic, Miscellaneous. As you raise character levels your characters will earn skill points to be allocated on skills. As skill level gets higher the benefit grows. Skill expertise upgrades may alter the skill dramatically. You can right-click a skill to see the details once you have it on your character sheet. Spells

Spells can be learned by reading a Spellbook once your character has a Magic Skill at the appropriate expertise. Spells are more powerful with a higher skill value. Skill expertise upgrades may alter the spell. You can right-click a spell to see the details once you have it in your spellbook. You can look here to see the details before you have the spell.

Boosts

Boosts in MM6 come in many forms including Fill Up Boosts, Temporary Boosts, Capped Permanent Boost, and Uncapped Permanent Boosts. There are key strategies to employ for each boost type.

Gear

Gear in MM6 comes in multiple forms such as Weapons, Armor, Accessories, Charged Items, and Quest items. You can enhance your gear with spells such as Enchant Item, Fire Aura, and Recharge Item. Weapons and Armor requires a skill to use them while Accessories do not require any skill to use them.
