MM7 Novice Skills acquisition is where you start for all skills. Once you are a Novice, you will be able to allocate Skill Points to raise the Skill Level. Class determines if a Skill is available at all and what Expertise is accessible. Refer back to Party Planning to see Skill Limits by Class.
